Emtropy Labs, Boston – Feb 2020 - June 2021

• Led Data Science team for a venture-backed startup applying ML to analyze customer support ticket emails, voice calls and chat.
• Implemented state-of-the-art NLP models to identify and categorize dozens of customer intents/emotions and agent behaviors in customer support tickets emails, voice calls and chat.
• Collaborated with software engineering team to create best practices to deploy, document, monitor and update ML models in production via API endpoints and Docker containers.

• Designed, implemented and tested deep learning models to predict antibody physiochemical properties.
